A typical session…

We always start with a treasured ritual of afternoon tea, homemade baking and a cup of tea (that I provide), as a time to connect with each other and as a buffer if you’re running late.

Then we start the session by learning a bit of theory , together we do a brief relaxation before you massage your baby and then I demonstrate the massage strokes and techniques.

Children's schedules are always changing and evolving, so your baby and you are welcome in any state, without judgement! There's enough time during sessions to tend to your baby's needs or move to a quiet space and they do not need to be awake for the sessions, as long as you are comfortable. I have dolls you can practise on if your baby doesn't want to be massaged or is asleep, or you can simply watch my demonstration.

When the massage is over, you’ll get your baby dressed again and there’s some time to chat and have another cup of tea before you head off.
